Ordered extended rear brake lines for my truck from LowRangeOffroad.com on Tuesday, August 6th. I called and spoke with their representative in order to ensure that the product was in stock and to determine how long it would take to the process the order. My truck is currently on jack stands as I complete the rear long travel and bed cage build, so order processing time was important.

I was assured that the brake lines were in stock and that processing would take 1-2 business days. I received an email confirmation of my order instantly and saw that my card was charged the following day.

Fast forward to Friday, August 9th. No further e-mails. I called and spoke to one of their representatives, who put me on hold in order to figure out what was going on.

Turns out, they can't find the brake lines. Would have been nice to have received a call saying "we can't find them, do you still want to proceed with the order?".

I told the representative that I would call back in an hour and to let me know if they found the brake lines. Called back, they could not find any, and I cancelled the order.

Called toytec and they are shipping them out today.

Lesson learned, lowrangeoffroad.com can't seem to manage their own inventory and did not communicate the mistake to the customer until I followed up with them.

I have to wonder how long they would've held onto my money for on an item that I specifically called to ensure was in stock before notifying me that they did not have said item. They claim to process orders in 1-2 business days, so they must have attempted to process the order.

allpro long travel, shackle flip with ome dakars, cruisin offroad bumpers and sliders, 4.88 gears with arb's front and rear, budbuilt skids.
i have place multiple $400 dollar orders from lowrange offroad and and they all arrived at the border within 4 day of placing the order. so while you had a bad experience i would hazard a guess saying you were one of the few.
