I was wondering if anyone has had the same issue I am having. My horn, compass and thermometer are not working. I have checked all the fuses and they all look good. What am I over looking?

    Thanks! Jim

the overhead console for the temp and compass can sometimes have a resistor come loose. there is a write-up that tells you how to fix it. as for the horn, that's for the TW electrical experts.

Too many to list, and I've probably forgotten a bunch.
The horn has a fuse and a relay. If you tested the fuse as good, next test the relay. If that tests as good, for laughs check for voltage at the horns (just test the wire to the horn and use a good ground to complete the circuit).

If the relay tests good, but still no love from the horns, pull the relay. Put your test probes in terminals 1 & 2 of the horn relay socket (works out to the coil side of the relay) and have someone press the horn. You should get 12VDC across those terminals. If not, your spiral cable may be going bad. If you get juice across terminals 1 & 2 of the relay socket and the relay and fuse are good, then you'll have to chase down all the wiring between.

There's also an odd chance that the Body ECU is bad, as the horn wiring from the spiral cable does appear to pass through the Body ECU. An equally odd chance is that the grounds for the horns have gone bad. I believe both ground to the body where they attach to the truck (there is no separate ground wire, at least not in my '12 and not in the wiring diagram).
