Going OME lift but have ?'s first

    I am going to go with the 3in OME full kit with new leaf packs. I am going to keep this truck for a long time and I just want to make sure that I will be ok. I know that the ball joints and what not will be placed under more stress but I have read several people that say the have had problems ever since they lifted??? So what other risks are there? Thanks!
