I have a 2009 Tacoma Reg. cab. I put a Daystar 2" leveling kit on it, had it aligned and the front tires still lean in on the bottom. The outside of the tires are wearing a little, although it doesn't pull to either side. Do I need additional modifications ie; offset ball joints?
    What do you think?

ive heard of some of our trucks having trouble with as little as 2.5" of lift but not 2". any chance the allignment shop messed up? if they didn't and thats really the case, then your LCA is at the max for allignment adjustment so either go with a smaller lift or upgrade to aftermarket UCA's. keep us posted

Hi, I was mistaken. I have a 2.5" leveling kit. I had the truck aligned at a supposed highly ranked shop(Yelp). The owner of the shop said that they had a hard time adjusting the cams on the a-arms. He said that they were frozen but he said he got it.(charged me 110.00 vs.79.00) Should I hit all of the adjustment points w/PB Blaster & take it to another shop for inspection? I just want it to be right before I buy new tires.
    Thanks

As shown on Ehow website. Does this apply after leveling kit install?

I don't think that these numbers apply after the leveling kit install. They're probably for the stock configuration.
But I would think that the front tires should lean in on the bottom after the alignment.
