Need help

I have a 2011 tacoma with a JBL 6 cd changer i took it out and now trying to install a 2012 tacoma radio but i was looking at the back of both stereos and the wire plug harness doesnt seem to match, anyone know what i can do?

I posted some pic of the something I have going on I look at that link looks like that was a plug and play not sure, but one of my plugs is different could I buy the plug and rewire without cutting? the rest look like they will plug in haven't try it yet.

this can be done- i did the reverse in my 2012 where i went from non-jbl to jbl so you just need to reverse that- i would imagine that metra sells adapters you need or check ebay
there is a lot of info here so search it out
