Like I said, you jumped my ass first here. And, now your bashing me as a vendor (when I'm not even a vendor on this board). I see a pattern forming here.

I will say that the "customer is always right" sure was proven wrong in this thread though. [IMG]

I also don't see how he lied either. What exactly did he lie about?

My email is blowing up with notifications, LOL.

After reviewing the message I can certainly understand your point of view and starting Monday I will make sure this is addressed immediately (yes it is automated, it's hard to write personalized messages when you are processing quite a few orders a day, plus phones, emails, the forums, etc). I thank you for bringing this to our attention.

I am not quite sure if this is intended to me, but if it is and if you are referring to the email statement that I mentioned earlier, please see the attached image, it has a time stamp on it. I cannot say what time you received it, but I do know of the time that I sent it out.

This thread is getting a bit out of hand, if any mods would like to lock it down, please feel free.

Once again I apologize for the inconvenience. Have a great weekend everybody.

    Jorge,

IMHO, you handled it fine. You didn't lie about anything either. You did everything you said you did.

    Kudos to you.

I'm done explaining simple things you clearly can not comprehend. Your only bumping this thread making it seen by more people so keep it up. I'm sure Cammelback loves it. If you just stopped posting this would sink to the bottom, but no........you keep trolling.

If your not a 'vendor' why are you hocking your wares here? Pretty sure I see a website and phone number on your sig along with the company name as your screen name.

You want to sell stuff here but don't want to take the simple steps to be an official vendor. Oh now I get it....you'd rather spend your time harassing members than supporting the site. I get it completely.

On TTORA your ass would be gone for doing that.

No disputing the time of the e-mail - just it's content.

I appreciate the apology and I apologize for reading your blanket e-mail incorrectly. Ill return the parts Monday.

No need to lock it. We don't hide issues here. If we had you would not be stepping up your responses to be more clear in the future

Another bump from you too.

I've actually sent several emails trying to get setup here as a vendor. However, I have received no response yet on getting my account setup.

I'm a vendor on TTORA too. And, Pirate, Yota Tech, RME4x4, etc. So, please don't accuse me of doing anything wrong here.

does turning tires to black wall out count? How bout added snug top rebel.
OP, you're really coming off as a rude whiney baby. You had to have it by this weekend, but chose the shipping that would get it to you at the last minute, if they had it in stock, and they packed and shipped everything the same day ordered. Did you think camelback was toyota's parts warehouse? They had the parts overnighted to them, then unpacked and reshipped the same day, sounds like damn good service to me. I've dealt with thousands of shippers, and very rarely have I seen the great service you got. Did you follow up and confirm that parts were in stock ready to ship? No, you made some pretty bold assumptions, then created a thread to flame them. You screwed up period, end of story, but try to put the blame on a guy that goes out of his way to try and keep the members of TW happy. You keep saying that is was your fault, but in the same breath keep faulting Jorge for not communicating clearly, when you failed to communicate the urgency of the shipment. It's coming off as exxxxtremely immature.

Too bad you won't answer the question.
So, one more time for Ray Charles here: What exactly did he lie about?

I did. He never lied. He emailed when he said he did.

    Cliff notes I read:
    1. You ordered the 18th at 10:45pm
    2. He sent the email on the morning of the 19th at 7:15am that you misinterpreted and stated that your parts would ship within 1 business day
    3. He sent another email on the 20th with the confirmation and shipping info(still within one business day)
    4. You called them and didn't cancel the order.
    5. You bashed him on a public forum for doing everything correct.

    That about right?

I don't think Jorge should be called a liar. I think that's where you're wrong Boyd.

It was a misleading e-mail, and obviously could of been clearer. Jorge has said he will fix that, and props for him also trying to rectify the problem.
