I agree with DoorDing. It'll probably be a real big PITA if you do it white. I think black would look better, anyways.

I think the black will give it more of that 'off-road' look and the white will give it that more streamline, clean look.

Agree with others, black bumpers/ white color scheme gives a more rugged look and although powdercoating is durable, black is easier to touchup if needed and less detectable. . I think also that if the white powdercoating doesn't match with the truck's factory paint, it would look cheap.

Black for the reasons stated + black against the white truck is a classic look. Pic 3 posts up looks nice, but it's a little too much white. IMHO

I just purchased front and rear plate bumpers and powder coated them black satin, I was advised to NOT paint them WHITE it is very hard to match the white with the truck. It will not look very good if they don't match.

Get pricing for both because Line-X will probably more pricey but little more durable. Both can be chipped off road and and has to be professionally touched up. Line-X may be harder to clean due to the gritty texture. I would save your $$$ and buy some rattlecan Krylon satin black or Rustoleum bedliner (if you prefer a rough finish) and DIY. Then any future touchups is a breeze.
