    Hello,
I have a 2004 Tacoma, ex cab. The seat belts on driver and passenger sides don't retract fully, if at all. Is there a quick fix or is this a complicated repair or do the retractors need to be replaced? Also, the locks on both windows behind the driver and passenger seats are broken. Is there a replacement other than factory (@$45 each)? Thanks, Larry

I'd say you need new retractors cause I've never heard of any fixes for them....they are just old and worn out.
