    Hey Guys,

Anyone had a chance to look into Carlisle's black steel wheels for 17" applications yet? I know it's been difficult to find nice black steel wheels for the 2nd generation trucks.

Here's a link to Cragar's page showing a photo and specs of their Unique 237 series.

Cragar runs under the Carlisle brand along with another offshoot brand, Black Rock. Black Rock also has a positive offset wheel that should work on our Tacomas - Black Rock Series 937 Type 8P. Sames specs as the Unique 237.

The Black Rock model also offers two choices for centre bore - 3.125 and 4.280 (I'm not sure how that is applied).

I thought some folks would be interested in this...I've seen lots of posts about people having a hard time finding this type of wheel in a size that works.

they are the type I want on my black taco (sport 17").

thanks for digging up this info.
