First off, just wanted to say hello again as it has been a year since i actually posted anything, but don't let that fool you. A lot of work has been done to the truck since my welcome thread and more is coming in less than a week. i won't have pictures for everything i have done just yet, but the first week in january i will be installing my lift, wheels, and new tires from christmas!!! YAY!!!
Anyways, without further ado, i will inform you of everything i have done to the truck, along with the few pictures i have at this time, but as i said before i will be adding more next week during the install.

A little background of the truck: 2002 SR5 4WD 4 banger possibly TRD.
Reason i say possibly is because the truck has the TRD alloy wheels, heavier suspension, and when i replaced the shocks it had the yellow billies on it. The truck was used as a mail truck by a fellow in Kentucky where it was first sold, somehow wandered its way to NW arkansas where i am originally from, bought by my grandfather in 2006 as our farm truck and gifted to me on christmas, just a month after my 16th birthday. I fell in LOVE with truck from day one and have made a diligent effort on a high school and college budget to make it a capable rig.

    Under the Hood/ Performance
    *Deckplate mod
    *K&N filter
*Flowmaster super 40 exhaust with 3" in and 3.5" out. Downstream CAT removed (no emissions tests here in lovely kansas)
    *Second battery

    Suspension:
*Bilstein 5100s all around preloaded to 1" for leveling in the front on stock leafs and springs
*Eibach coils and Toytech AAL to be added next week!!!

    Lights:
*Morimoto Mini D2S 55w HID with projectors and shrouds from TRS. during this time i bought new headlight housings, markers, and blinker housings all smoked and blacked the markers and headlights out. reason for blacking out the markers is because i have done the Fog/Blinker mod with a relay so the lower lights act as DRL and blinkers in one.
*LED smoke taillights and 3rd light
*Raptor Mod (i can help anyone with questions on this)

    Audio:
I LOVE MUSIC AND AM DEFINITELY CLASSIFIED AS AN AUDIOPHILE. I have more money invested in home audio than this truck is worth lol, and close to it in the vehicle itself after all combinations. i have had a total of 48 different amp/sub/radio/speaker combos throughout owning the vehicle but the current and by far the best is as follows:
*PIONEER PVH2300-DVD double din head unit
*POLK AUDIO 5.25 COMPONENTS in the fronts with tweeters in factory location
*POLK AUDIO 6.5 COAXIALS in the rear
*ORION HCCA 12.2 SUB in custom enclosure built by me
*KENWOOD EXCELON XR400-4 amp for the speakers (installed under driver seat)
*ROCKFORD FOSGATE T1500-BD for the sub (installed under passenger seat)
*POOR MANS SOUND DEADENING IN THE FLOOR, REAR WALL, REAR QUARTER PANELS, AND THE DOORS AS WELL AS ENSOLITE IN ALL AREAS. BY FAR THE LONGEST INSTALL IVE HAD, BUT WORDS CANT DESCRIBE THE TONALITY IT BRINGS OUT IN A GOOD SYSTEM

    Exterior:
    *DE-BADGED PAST THE DOORS
    *BLACKED OUT DOOR BADGES
*BLACKED OUT GRILL WITH CHROME TOYOTA BADGE
    *RHINO LINED FENDER FLARES
*TRACTOR SUPPLY TRUCK BOX FOR ALL MY GOODIES I MUST ALWAYS HAVE

    WHEELS AND TIRES:
    *EAGLE ALLOYS SERIES 185 16x8 3.99" BACKSPACE
    *HANKOOK DYNAPRO ATM 285/75r16 TIRES
(BOTH OF THESE ARE IN SHIPPING AS I TYPE THIS AND WILL BE INSTALLED NEXT WEEK)

I believe that sums up anything i have done, but if i think of something else i will be sure to revise this posting to include it. I have a lot of future plans for this truck and am slowly but surely putting the goods to it, but as always, any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

UNTIL NEXT WEEK HERE ARE A FEW PICS OF WHAT I HAVE DONE. NOTE, SOME MODS IN THE LIST ARE NOT IN THE PICTURES AS IT HAS BEEN A YEAR SINCE I LAST POSTED, BUT ALL WILL BE INCLUDED BY THE END OF NEXT WEEK:

So its been a while since i last posted about my upcoming mods, almost a year actually. well its finally all installed and i absolutely could not be more pleased with how everything has turned out. there are a few things that i took pictures of at the time but seem to have deleted them since for some reason? The chrome shrouds on the projectors are not paint matched to the truck, and the open space behind the projector has been filled with 16AWG galvanized steel that i cut to fit into the headlight housing, i can get a close up of that if anyone is intereted. also, i have relocated the tweeters from the door to the very bottom of the A-pillar near the windshield with the driver side aimed at the passenger seat belt, and the passenger side at the driver seat belt. doing this allowed for a much more realistic and pleasant sound for music. i made the pods out of 1 1/2" pvc caps and threaded pipe, paint matched to the truck. i can get a picture of this as well and explain how its done if anyone is interested.

as for the pictures i have posted here, they are in order of what i did first, with the very first two being the day/night the wheels and tires were done. i didn't get any pictures of the lift install, but doing it myself it took about 12 hours to do all 4 corners, and that includes going to harbor freight a couple times to get a grinder and discs to free the leaf spring packs rusted madness.

If anyone has ANY questions whatsoever, whether it be to clear up some things, to ask how i did it, or if any one wants close ups of anything please feel free to let me know! sorry for the delay, but i hope it looks good enough at this point to make up for it!
Sorry in advance if any of the pictures are sideways, they are vertical on my phone but seem to have transferred over sideways to the computer

Ok so am I having a bit of trouble deciding what I should do next. Initially my funding was going to go to 4.5" fiberglass fenders from glassworks, but not 100% set on that now. I have been contemplating TC uppers or the coilober kit to turn standard 5100 adjustables to Adjustable CO's (like the idea of adjustment and I'd probably go with a bit lighter springrate than the 620 on the truck now. At the first of the year I will be pulling the bed off the truck and installing deaver 5 leaf pack springs (with one overload removed to maintain a level stance) and adding a new crossmember just in front of the spare tire carrier as well as new lower shock mounts on the axle to accommodate 12" Bilstein 7100 resi's. Just trying to get a feeler of what I should do. I love the look of the fiberglass, and with my wider tires and higher backspaced wheels the fenders would be about even with the tires.

Opinions needed! And other option I didn't throw out there, feel free to say!

Thank you very much! More mods to some very very soon!
As for the lightbar, it is an OKLED. They are out of Oklahoma city I believe. Prices are more than average, but way less than Rigid.
I originally was going for a single row bar they had posted on their site for about 100 cheaper. 3 hours after ordering it I got an email from them stating the website had been incorrect and the 42" single row I had purchased was actually a 42" double row. They offered to give me 50% of my money back if I wanted a 30" single (100 off the price), all of my money back, or if I wanted a double they would give me the double for the price I paid and they'd next day air it immediately. Needless to say I wasnt a fool and got the double. Package arrived the next afternoon and they had also sent me their flashlight, wiring harness for all 3 lights I had ordered, all the lens colors for the pods, and a few other goodies from their shop. Very very good customer service

The mounts were actually made by me. I had seen a few members on the forum that were selling mounts for around 100 bucks, but after 2 months of trying to get serious business done with them, they just didn't seem interested. I just went a local metal shop and got a 1x2 sheet of (12 or 14 gauge) steel plate. I need the basic design I wanted on the truck so I just drew out the overall shape, used a die grinder to cut them out, and took them to the grinding wheel to round off everything. To bend them I put them both back to back with one oriented the other way around in my vice. The lines of the bend point were slightly above the top of the vice to allow for the rounding of the bend when I pushed them over.
All in all very pleased with the mounts, they seem to be holding up very well, and even though I was able to able to bend them with a 2x4 and vice, the shaking is very minimal. A simple gusset where the bend is would solve this problem.

If you have any more questions just let me know!
