High-lift Jack Mount options

All,

I've been looking for high-lift jack mounting options and have only found a few companies that offer ready mounts for this...

There are a few others that offer these but they're about $65+ !!! anyone have a DIY to utilize the bedrails and not drill into the bed?

Or even if drilling into the bed anyone have pictures of the process and not just the finished product?
