My current set up is as follows 2 shallow mount subs, 2 amps in a HORRIBLE custom made box (learned Craigslist isn't the way to go...)

    Subs (x2)
    http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_43793_MTX-FPR10-04.html

    Amps (x2)
    http://www.amazon.com/MTX-Audio-TD50.../dp/B007DZG4GE

Im considering getting this box from Taco Tunes
    http://shop.*********.com/Tacoma-Dou...DOUBLE-RND.htm

I'm curious if anyone has any input in this setup?

Will my subs be compatible with the box (according to the MTX website the subs shouldn't be in a ported box, but Taco Tunes doesnt say if it's ported or sealed)? Any Cubic feet problems here?

Does anyone have this box in their truck already?

Should I run one amp or two amps for this set up?

well your links don't work but from what I can make out you're looking at MTX FPR10-04 which require .60 cu ft and you want the double round enclosure which are two sealed units with .45 cu ft each, so no it won't work.

some options that will work with those boxes are:
Image Dynamics ID10 D4 V.3 (I have one of these in a single ********* box and no complaints)
    Pioneer TS-SW2501S4
    Rockford Fosgate P3SD4-10
    MB Quart RLP 254
    Kicker CompRT102 (40CWRT102)
    Alpine SWR-T10

Check your links. 1st doesn't work and 3rd doesn't show what box your looking at... Someone will correct me if I'm wrong but I'm pretty sure ********* boxes are sealed.

Need more info for your other questions.

I updated the first link, i dont know why it was bad the first time (I always double check them prior to posting). And for some reason I cant get the Taco Tunes website to load on my computer anymore...

I'm looking for that Mr. Marv guy on here, seen his posts here and there. Does he sell box's at all? Or is he just the Audio guy that answers questions?

Being 0.15 cubic feet smaller than recommended won't make baby jesus cry. I would bet 99 out of 100 people couldn't hear the difference.
