Still not sure if your taco is 4wd or 2wd, if it's 4wd you should limit your front lift to no more than 3", if it's a prerunner I'd go with 4" maxtrac spindles.

It is a 4wd what is your reasoning on not going to a 4 in the front? Because everyone else says I could, and the dude from Oregon has a 6 inch?

It will put your CV joints in a bind at that angle. The 6" kit drops the whole front suspension down so the CV angles aren't bad.

And we are talking about a suspension lift, right? I don't want a body lift, if that makes a difference. Looks like I will stay with a 2

You can go 4" if you really want. Just be wary that your CVs will be at quite an angle. You can go to a 3" lift and be fine. And if you want, add a 1" body lift :D
Or...you can go with something like this I think:
    ^that came from \/

So my question is - do you want it more for use or looks?

3" lift EIBACH coils w/ 5100's front, OME/ Dakar leaf springs w/ toytec adjustable shackles at 1.5" and 5125's out back. 33x10.5x15 KM2's Relentless DIY steel bumper.
Since your 4wd go either 3" with coils up front and new leafsprings on the rear. Or go the 6" drop bracket lift. 3" with coils and springs would be the more logical option if your worried about resell value and putting the old suspension back on if needed. The drop bracket would be tougher to reverse

I'm not worried about my resale value too much, because I can't see myself ever getting rid of this thing. I've heard you should never stack lifts, IS THIS CORRECT? And even though I'm not selling it ever, I don't want to do any trimming (IS TRIMMING REALLY BAD??). I honestly don't even know what trimming does (or where you trim, or how). All I know is someday, I want 33s, and a lift that fits them, no problem at all. I like the look of a bigger, meaner tire. I really can't see myself going 6". Now, with that info, is there anymore advice on what my options are? I appreciate all your help!

Also, I don't do much off-roading, but I definitely do when the oppurtunity arises, in case that info helps.

3inch lift sounds good. With 33s will there need to be trimming? And can a shop do that for me?

may want to check your wheel backspace and offset,it could be a factor in which"33"in. tire you choose(a/t,m/t) 33 in may be a generic term as sizes may vary from brand to brand.i'd be hedgeing my bet and select something slightly smaller(but the same general size,i.e.33)...as you research tires, you'll see that the true circumfrence is always listed in the specs for that particular tire, and they're not all the same...,i'll assume you're considering a 285-70-17,yet another factor to consider would be proper alingment, too much caster and you just bought a cab mount chop, not enough caster and your truck is a booger bear to drive...don't spazz-out over it,just be sure you've got your bases covered.git your "3in" on ,girl.

You could probably put 33" tires on now with your 2in lift. Depends on wheels specifications and how wide the tire is. But if your wanting to get that extra inch and go a full 3"s then I think you'll have less of an issue when it comes to fitment. I've had no issue when it comes to daily driving, but flexing the suspension is a different story. I've only run 33" skinny tires (255/85/16 & 33/10.5/15) and read that those that go with 285/75 or 285/70 have to do slight trimming like hammering down the pinch weld and removing mudflaps. If your worried about light trimming, its not that big of a deal, just need a big'ol hammer and/ or a grinder.
