So my camper top is getting painted this week and it will be ready to install by the weekend. I Line-X'd the inside of the top to prevent the fiberglass shards from hurting anyone inside the bed. With that said the camper is considerably heavier and I'm afraid my truck might sag a bit. I have no plans of installing a lift on my truck so what would be a good way to level it out with the same ride?

That's who is shipping my bumper

You could install an air bag helper system, or put the cap on and see how much it sags and compensate with an add a leaf or small lift block

I would say AAL depending on how much it sags.

Is it because of warehouse space? My work has a loading dock and warehouse where I can accept large items.:notsure:

Thanks for the lift tips. I'll have to see if it drops once the top is on for a few days.

Most of the fab shops use Fastenal to ship bulky items because its a shit ton cheaper, just usually a little longer wait time. Supposedly lol

It was too high with the 1.5 AAL and my topper. Either get some leafs from an old truck for a custom pack or some air bags. You can also try the 3 leaf progressive AAL and remove one or two of the leafs...

Even a 1/2" or 3/4" block wouldn't be bad, or "ghetto" in any way.

Listen Ryan, a day is a fucin day! Get with the program and stop starting shit all the time!

    :D

Ron, here's what Im thinking for the fuse plate: The side taps would be bent down 90 and the mounting tab bent up to match the angle of the fender wall for a flatish surface. Dont have the exact measurements just yet...
