Access Roll up tonneau from Truckalterations

I posted this in the 2nd gen forum before it was pointed out to me that there was a forum specifically for truckalterations. I ordered an Access roll up cover for my 2011 DC short bed Tacoma a week ago. I received an order confirmation, but nothing since. I've sent an email, left a voicemail Friday, and tried to call a couple of times today but have not been able to get in touch with anyone. Fortunately I haven't been charged yet, but I'd like to get this bed cover soon. They have great reviews on this site so I didn't have any concerns about ordering from them, but now I'm getting more and more concerned. If anyone knows why I'm not able to get ahold of them (maybe on vacation or something), please let me know. Thanks.
