Autoplicity - do not recommend

    A lot of people have had great reviews of autoplicity, I however was not so lucky. Their website incorrectly listed that they had wheels in stock (40+) when they were actually backordered. When I called customer service they couldn't tell me where my wheels were or when they would come, so I canceled my order. I actually found out from 4 Wheels Parts that they were backordered... Anyway, they issued a refund to me on the 11th of March, it is now the 17th and I still don't have my money. I've put in 4 or 5 requests with customer service and get no response, and whenever I call I have to wait on hold for 20 minutes and then when someone picks up they put me back on hold before I get a chance to say anything. Still no resolution here...

    Just wanted to share for anyone thinking about buying from Autoplicity.

    Call your credit card company and let them know. They could be able to reverse the charge for you.

    I ordered brake lines from them that were back ordered, and they actually went out of their way to send me multiple emails asking if I would like to wait or cancel. After getting several emails, I finally read one and found out I needed to respond.

    Jesus, not sure why my experience is so much different, I have had to initiate every contact that has been made. I contacted my credit card and they will dispute the charge after 15 days.
