    Hey everyone,

I have a camper shell that does not have any track system or mounting options for a roof rack. I was wondering if I were to purchase the 54" Yakima track, if I am only limited to a Yakima roof rack?

I would really love to get a rack from ARB that sits low. I'm not a big fan of the racks that extend high off of the camper shell, for multiple reasons.

    Something like this...

Any suggestions would be great, and if you have pics of your rig, even better!! Thanks!

You still have to get crossbars and towers to work with the rail. Maybe a rain guard rail. That the basket gets hooked right to the rain guard rail.
I just checked out the one above post recommended. That's the ticket. Fits on the new rail systems from Yakima and Thule.

I just installed a baja rack on my camper shell about 30 min ago. They had a kit that bolted right up to the yakima tracks. It's pricy but the quality in packaging, directions, and fit finish we're some of the best I've seen. Only thing is the brackets are about 2 inches to tall so I will be calling them and asking about refabing some shorter ones. Over all very pleased. Just give them a call. I attached a photo of my truck (black one) and the photos they send me with instructions.
