    Miles don't effect the locker so much as Lock-Unlock cycles, the seal will go bad and leak air. Test it before you buy by hooking it up to some air (75 psi max) to see if locks you'll hear it click.
    Miles effect the ring and pinion.

    4.10 gears, sliders, and lots of buttons.
    Personally, I dont think I would buy a unit that was installed in a rear that busted.

    This rear end has been used for quite some time in the 4Runners. From the outside, the third members look identical to yours, although are quite different internally. The RD132 supersedes the RD23.

    Anyways, none of that stuff really matters. Start looking for the RD129, that is the only ARB that will work in the so called 8.4 rear end. :thumbsup:
