    Similar is more accurate. The Claw is closer to the KMs that come stock on Jeep Rubicons, the only KM still being sold.

    Ben, the cost and size is right. And if they perform on the highway and trail, this might be a good option. The only downside I see is that they are retreads.

    seeing them side by side like that, they actually are pretty different. like a weird bastard child of the pro comp MTs and the KM1s.

    I kinda want to grab one as a FS spare

    I recently found an original KM 33x10.5-15 used at a local Ma & Pa tire shop that I an using as a full size spare now. It has about 50% tread and a plug but I don't care as long as it holds air and gets me back to civilization when I need it.

    Tread separation used to be the big concern with retreads but the technology has improved over the years though. What I worry about is the carcass. You have to assume it has already gone though one full use cycle with who know what abuses.
