So I was recently in the search for some parts for my new Tundra (traded my Tacoma). I had gathered the part numbers I was looking to purchase and I had checked out a couple of sites and also called my local dealer to get some prices. While perusing through the post that I found the part numbers for the color matched grill in, I came across a link for EB Toyota Parts and decided to see how their price was on the parts. To my amazement, they came in a fair amount cheaper than most of the other sites I had checked out. So needless to say with shipping and parts cost, it was cheaper to order the parts from Boch.

I placed the order with them for a grill, and was greeted with an email the next day telling me about an extra shipping charge due to the extra size of the grill. Still, even with this added, it was still the cheapest site around. When I called to talk to the manager there, John Holmes, he was very informative about where the parts were coming from, when I should expect them, etc. and he was spot on. He proceeded to tell me about how they had just started doing web orders and how the business was taking off.

Finally I had an issue with my shipment. When it arrived Monday, the hood portion of the paint match grill had some scratches in it from mishandling by UPS. I called up John this morning about it, and he assured me he would get it taken care of mid morning. I received an email about 1045 stating that a new part was ordered, and should be to me by end of week/Monday as it wasn't at the local depot.

I could not be happier with the level of customer service/friendliness not only by John, but also the other employees that I spoke to on the phone. I will be doing all of my OEM Toyota parts business through them from now on. The fact that I can get parts shipped to me in the same amount of time, if not quicker, and cheaper than my local dealer parts dept .. you've got my business.

Check them out .. EB Toyota Parts Boch Toyota .. you'll be glad you did. I had mentioned to them that they should look to become a supporting vendor .. but with their already low prices, I don't know what more they could offer.
