    I know I have see the thread on here, but my searches come up with nothing everytime. Can someone direct to the user or thread that makes MDF speaker rings? I want to mount 6.5s in the front. So i need the 6x9 to 6.5 converter ring and might as well get then regular 6.5s for the rear.

    cool, thanks. i was actually just PM'ing with Mr Marv about a speaker box....didnt even cross my mind to ask him.

    ********* was really expenisve from what i saw. $80-$100 see like a lot to me for some rings.

    3/4 MDF and a router. Takes about 30min to whip these out. Anyone who has minimal wood working skills can do it. There is a template on here as well.

    Or buy some cheap thick cutting-boards that are made out of that white poly material to cut them out of. That way they are immune to the moisture that the inside of the door might see...

    thanks guys! looks like i didnt search the internet enough...

    Also, i have a bit for my router, but on 3/4" MDF, it seems to take FOREVER for the bit to cut through the thick wood. Did you use a certain router bit? I dont even know which bit i have to compare.
