    Hi guys,

Been a while. One thing that is a bit annoying about the Taco is there is no interior lighting for the footwells, etc. I am looking for some micro LED's that will have a subtle lighting effect. Most of the sites that sell these type of LED lights are way too intense and make them look like a neon rainbow threw up in the footwells!

I'm not trying to turn my Taco into a rolling disco for teenagers! Just want to have a bit of light to see the floor getting in and out. Anybody got a good site to buy micro LED's (and you would just need a single diode) that they have put in their truck?

Thanks in advance for the advice!

Check Radio Shack, they have LED's that are 12v ready and not too intense

12v always on power point mod, tailgate anti-theft, Addl bed tiedowns, flyzeye dash lights, map lites with dome lite mod, bed stiffeners, air bags, brake controller, always on fog lights,
I got some amber LEDs from Radio Shack that matched the instrument panel lighting and installed them in the cubbies in the lower dash and forward console. Made a big difference. Installing them in the footwells wouldn't be that hard. I tapped the power and dimmer wires from the back of the middle A/C control. Search the forum here for directions (search FLYZEYE).
