Need help with HID fog install

Okay so I installed the headlights fine but I'm somewhat confused with the fog lights. How do I plug the ballasts into the existing connection. From what I see I can plug the HID bulb in and plug the ballast into that but their are extra wires on the ballast that nothing can plug into, plus not sure how they are supposed to even get power etc. I'm an idiot so bear with me

I bought the DDM kit for both my headlights and fogs. Is there a write up with pictures with someone that installed this similar kit for the fog lights?

Btw, retrofits are definitely the way to go esp for headlights.
