    Hey all,

I have an 09 DCSB. The fan speed on the A/C only works on HI. LO and the two MED settings do not work.

I checked the fuses under the hood, and under the dash and they're looking intact.

If anyone has any ideas what is causing this issue, or could point me in the right direction, would be greatly appreciated. (May be an exact fuse number too, to double check ) Living in sunny SoCal with the anxiety that my A/C might go out is not so chill.

    Thank you.

Remove your cabin air filter ... use a mirror and a flashlight to check the fan for obstructions or just remove the fan by disconnecting the electrical connector and then the 3 screws.

I would tap the fan housing in my truck when a family of field mice made a condo in the fan ... it would run on high but I would tap the fan housing with a 3 ft piece of 1X2 would and it would start turning or sometimes my wife would kick it for me

There are a bunch of threads on this topic ... use the 'search' function

This just happened to my brother's tacoma and he found a new (& improved) blower for a reasonable price here:

Thanks for the help guys! I appreciate the spoon fed solution. I'm sorry for not using the search function. It's difficult to sort when on the mobile site.

    level kit,air raid intake,
I have changed the resistor three times on my 2005and the fan blower motor all along I think it's just the wiring where they connect it gets a little burnt there ,I figured out I just scratch that connection with a screwdriver and put some dielectric grease on it and it'll work fine for months, I also bought a new wire harness but I have yet to put it on.
