Well, I finally bit the bullet and traded in my '04 Taco in for a '13. I decided to go with the TRD Sport vs. Off Road package since I don't do much off-roading these days! I tinted the front windows and I'm thinking about a light bar with a few lights, running boards (chrome or black?) and eventually wheels/tires...all for looks rather than functionality. What do you think? Any suggestions out there?

I wanted steps that hung lower than the factory ones so they would be more functional, and stuck out further to protect against door dings from inconsiderate morons.

I did a lot of looking until I found what I wanted. I put black GO RHINO 5" Oval steps on my truck. They fit all my criteria and look great. Best of all, they will NEVER EVER rust because they are made of high density plastic mounted on an aluminum rail.

There is a thread on here where a guy did a nice review of these and helped me make my decision.
