I want my 6 pack back. Hence the cut I'm attempting right now. 149 lbs as of this morning. Haha. This next bulk, I'm gonna try to get up to 165.

Don't be jealous of how light my wallet is...

Here is what I ate when I was bulking

Meal 1( first meal of the day )
10 egg whites and 2 whole eggs
    1.5 cups creme of rice
    2 tbspoons natty pb

    Next meal :
7 oz cooked lean beef ( after cooking it)
60 grams of carbs choices are ezekial, potato, yam, rice, mixed veggies if I had the appetite for them

    Next meal :
    2 scoops whey protein shake
4 rice cakes or ezekial with 2 tbspoons natty pb

    Next meal :
    7 oz lean beef
60 grams carbs in the form of complex carbs.. rice, ezekial, creme of rice, etc

Next meal (last meal of the night)
reduce the carbs in half but keep the protein the same

    Before bed:
2 scoops whey or casein protein and 1 oz almonds or cashews

Post workout ( training days only) creatine mixed with glutamine and 12 oz fruit juice

You guys have suggestions for workout shirts for long torsos? all the comfortable ones are barely long enough. I've tried under armor and nike dry fit...both just a couple inches too short

That's how you know it's working lol! I contribute a lot of my weight gain to that shit. When I first started, I was doing nothing but lifting, eating about 4000 cals a day and drinking Mass Gainer.

Ha I eat 6 full meals on a cut! At your size, you're going to have to do some hotdog competition-style eating! I wouldn't even worry about eating healthy because eating healthy and getting in a lot of calories is extremely hard to do. 3500 calories of brown rice, grilled tilapia, and salad is going to make you feel like shit all day. 3500 calories of hamburgers, pancakes, and fried chicken will be a breeze....and it won't make you fat, so long as you track your macros. Keep your fat intake around 60-70g per day and you'll be fine.

    That's my maintenance lol

that was me about 5 years ago :anonymous: except, I'm 5'11'', so my 140 looked like a fire pole...at least Derick's got some meat on dem bones
