Hmmm... I can say Death Magnetic was actually a good album.. St. Anger was a joke..
Literally I was in Binghamton, Ny when St. anger was played as a single.. I literally thought it was a joke. And not a real song on the album..
the black album is questionable in my book. thats when Bob Rock got involved and told James to "Sing". that sucked..

So Metallica From KIll em all to And justic was awesome!

Megadeth was awesome to! My first concert was the peace sells tour! Rust in peice was a good album, it shredded! Peace sells is dead even in my book with Master of puppets, Same with Kill em all, And killing is my Business. So far so good was great.

So in my book Mettalica may have sold more. but as for good material in my eyes.. they both rock!

Mustaine was a bad ass! Breaking that dude from Armored saints leg!


Watch that Dvd some kind of monster.. Really brings out how bad Metallica is out of touch with life.

And a dude i know lives in Scottsdale, says he see's Dave out quite a bit.

Metallica, but I have my reasons...I was introduced to them at a very early age. Kirk Hammett is my second cousin. I just lost my grandma a few weeks ago. Kirk Hammett's mom, Sash, attended the wake and funeral so I had the chance to talk to her for a little. I have only met Kirk a handful of times because by the time I was born (1981) he was already starting to become a "famous" musician. Really cool guy, hooks me and other family up with tickets when they play the Bay Area or Sacramento.

i like both. but metallica sell way more tickets and cds but they suck because of the napster thing

neither, mere imitations of iron maiden, which wasnt even that great of a band, metallica is a hair band in denial, "we hate hair bands but we cut our hair n all of our 'loyal' fans hate us" n megadeth had wut? 1 good song, peace sells...

 

Dave Mustaine acually wrote or co-wrote most of the songs on Kill em' all, thats why he does them better then James! Has anyone heard the album No life till leather? That was the Kill em all album but with Dave Mustaine on lead guitar and vocals! Never released, they kicked Dave out of the band and re-recorded Kill em all with Kirk Hammet. NO mention of Dave Mustaine anywhere on that album and it was his album, Dave Mustaine was a founding member of the band long before Kirk Hammet and even before James Hetfield! Both are great bands 2 of my favorite, Megadeath didn't sell out like Mettalica, thats why they got my vote.

 

Megadeth, they have always had the better lead guitar players and their mascot Vic rattlehead is cool. Marty Friedman has some of the best lead parts especially in rust in peice. Marty Friedman could out shred kirk hammet anyday. Metallicas good but ever evince black album they sucked. Atleast megadeaths new stuff like endgame is better than metalicas new stuff
