I just installed one just like this and was a simple swap. I installed on my 13. The passenger side hanger had to be cut off and moved. The driver hanger bolts into the frame and i had to twist the hanger a bit so it didn't hit the spring. I'm sure it would be fine but was too close for my liking. I really like the sound of the kit and again its a very easy install. took me a hour and a half to take stock one off get this one mounted up and hangers moved.

 

I agree about the Right side hanger issue. but what I did was custom make the rubber mounts to fit the hanger rods. It was easier to do that then bend, cut and or re weld anything.
Worked like a charm. The right side was easy to resolve as well.
