Alright so I'm goin crazy trying to figure this out. Today I bought some LED bulbs to replace my side markers. Got them in no problem and they looked great. So I decided to get some LED DRL/signals aswell. As soon as I plugged one signal bulb in and tried it out it blew the fuse. So I replaced the fuse and stuck the stock bulbs back in. The DRL/signals work fine again. But now the side markers aren't working.... The only dash lights working is my gauges. Even my lights on my shifter don't work. And now I noticed my rear running lights are out aswell. I put all stock bulbs back in. I have checked all the fuses inside the cab and under the hood over and over again. What the hell am I missing. Any ideas?

    Just a few LEDs...
The LEDs you have are probably not compatible with your truck. The internal wiring on some LED bulbs is done in such a way that it acts like a short circuit when you install them. You need "CK" type bulbs these are available from Superbrightleds.com. You could take your existing bulbs apart and swap two of the leads. Read these threads for more info.

Here is something else you may encounter. I have tried using several different amber LED bulbs for the side marker lights. Once the lights are on for a while the LEDs heat up and the color shifts to more of an orange color. The bulbs also dim a bit as they get hot. I think most amber LED bulbs were made for intermittent use such as in blinkers. If you try to use them as side makers or DTRLs you may experience the same thing.

If the individual LED chips see much more than 15 mA, they tend to overheat, dim and color shift. I can limit the current with a small 1/4 watt inline resistor but I haven't gotten around to cracking the base off the bulbs and soldering them on yet.

As an alternative, CSJUMPER has some switchback LED bulbs that use white LEDs for the DTRLs and amber LEDs for the turn signals. I prefer the amber so even though I love LEDs and have replaced almost all of the incandescent bulbs on my truck with LEDs, I still have the original side marker and turn signal bulbs.

Thanks guys. Yeah I was going to buy the resistors but he didn't have them at the moment so I just wanted to try em out. I have all the stock bulbs in now. I forgot to mention that the LEDs I put in were infact clear

So do you have all your lights working again? If not, you most likely have another fuse blown somewhere.

Alright I got em working again. I changed out my tail light fuse even though it wasn't blown...but it worked.
