diff lock anytime mod

Does anybody know how to do the diff lock anytime mod ?

I found it in the top bar with "Home, Topics, Tacoma Photo's, etc" Under the "Mods & Tutorials" drop down, under "Cheap Tacoma Mods"

There are a couple of approaches to this mod, correct? I've been considering it on my 2014 but I haven't done a ton of research on it yet.

 

There is a simple single wire mod that essentially tricks the truck into thinking its in 4Low, that allows you to use the stock locker button to engage the locker.
