Hello, I am new to the forum and have been reading the fog light related threads. They contain a lot of good info but I still have a few Q's.

    1. Are ALL 2012 Tacoma trucks equipped with the factory fog lite wiring harness, whether equipped with the lights or not, as indicated in the post 2012 Fog Light Solution! http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/2nd-gen-tacomas/204749-2012-fog-lights-solution.html ? Mine does not seem to have the harness - or am I just missing the obvious? Where would I look to verify if the harness is indeed there? I don't want to ask the obvious, but I don't see any additional wiring bundled under the headlights.

    2. IF the harness is equipped on my truck is there additional wiring, or is it simply just plugging the OEM relay into the fuse box, installing the OEM switch, and adding lights... again, this seems to be what is described in the post 2012 Fog Light Solution! , or is there additional wiring needed not posted here?

    3. Whether tapping into the existing harness or running new wiring, will these lights http://www.ebay.com/itm/2012-2014-T...yota|Model:Tacoma&hash=item43c1e18f16&vxp=mtr be a direct fit on to the bumper without mods? Has anyone had experience with these lights? (I chose these because they are yellow)

Thanks guys. Maybe these Q's have been asked before - but I just want to have all the knowledge available before I buy lights and start to run wires if I don't have to. Plus buying compatible lights would be a plus. I would like to however have the yellow color of lights as shown in the above ebay link

    1) All I4's did not come prewired for Fogs.

    2) Since its not pre-wired, you can set-up the light anyway you want. Traditional operation, Fogs on with Parking Lights or Always On.

    3) read the reviews on the The Retrofit Resources Morimoto XB LED Fog Lights. http://www.theretrofitsource.com/co...to-xb-led-fog-lights-type-t.html#.VCGLiMt0yUk

I have a '14 with I4 and I went with the Morimoto XB LED Fogs and wired mine up with an H11 Add-On harness from iJDMtoy using an On Board Air push switch (fits in factory hole). My lights are triggered on/off by the Ignition.
