Didn't know where to put this post, so 2nd gen seemed good enough

I've searched for floor jacks and have only come to the single solution of the bed mount that removes the wheels and then is held down and locked

Is that the only solution people have to putting floor jacks in their trucks? If it is, does anyone know a reliable, lockable floor jack mount for a good price

Also, where do yall keep your tubes for using the lift?

I don't think many people carry floor jacks around, so you might not get many good answers.

usually the guys with tire carriers/bed cages.. and the jacks usually have skids instead of wheels.

I would love to have a hi-lift jack, but without correct places to lift from, I cant

And my jack in my truck now (factory) isn't enough to lift my truck with my suspension and tires. So floor jack seemed the only option. Also, it's nice to have for all vehicles

So those skid plate mounts are most common, I just can't find one for my jack

See that's the thing, the floor jack is great not only for my truck, but also for anything else I want to work on.

And instead of using a hi-lift to lift from the rim, then place a stand under it, I'd rather just have the jack.

The bottle jacks that are big enough to lift the truck, I got told they barely get the job done. And are extremely unstable at that lift height
