That would be my choice as well, and I own a BakFlip! Can you open the Trifecta from one side, or do you have to walk around and unclasp both?

You have to do each side, but it's really not a big deal if you're standing in the back of the truck you can reach both.

Any idea on how the Encore differs from the Trifecta (except being more expensive I presume)?

Its like their tri fold hard cover except half as thin, just as strong, and supposadly much better sealing

Just bought the Extang trifecta at Action truck store for $497 cdn. I have to say I am pleased (so far) with the quaility and looks. It seems to seal much better then I have thought. It fits the truck nicely. Very easy to install. Only took about 40 mintues (little boy had to help). 10 year warranty on tarp and lifetime on frame. It doesn't flap in the wind like I have expected. I was going to get a hard tonneau but didn't want to order one and wait and pay high shipping. I wish the claps were black. The silver claps to stand out against all the black. When I get time I'll robably paint them. So far I am quite happy with the cover, better then I originally thought.

I know you already got your cover so for anyone else that is thinking of getting one, I have an Access Roll-up cover. Had it for about 10 months now, no problems.

I am thinking of getting rid of it for a Leer shell.

Hey, if you decide to sell it, I may be interested. I have the extang trifecta on my '09 but I had the access roll up on my first gen before I sold the truck. Now I wish I had stayed with the roll up cause I hate having to remove the whole thing (easy as it is) to use the whole bed. I never know where to put the damn thing when its off. I'm in Conn. btw. so not too far.
