I had some at around 48, but they mysteriously disappeared... :notsure:

Probably has something to do with the shot carrier bearing haha

I have vibes that come and go too. And a terrible clunking I can't find. Still think it's all the CB though.

    Probably so...

Never realized how confusing Toyota's vehicle fluid requirements are.

Hopefully I'm right in thinking that the transfer case and diffs take the same gear oil, 75w-90.

Found out I can get 4 quarts of genuine Toyota ATF on Amazon for $30....

I used 75-90 in my rear diff and transfer case so I hope they take the same haha.

I'm trying to decide whether or not to change it soon or just wait, as I'm pretty determined that I want to regear next year. And if I have the money, it'll only be maybe another 1,000-2,000 miles from now.

The rear diff oil was changed about a year ago, the transfer case or front diff has never been changed by me.

Oil has almost reached 5,000 miles. So I'll be changing that soon...

After reading through a good chunk of this thread, I must say you're inspiring me to do stuff to my truck. Thanks! Your rig is truly awesome!

Have you tried out your new CVT cover yet? I want to know if anyone else has trouble tucking in the extra fabric from the overhang.

    Yes! Soooo much easier!

The new cover just slides right over the whole tent. The only problem is I broke one of the straps... Luckily the cover came with two new ones. Just haven't opened it up to replace it yet.

And it's not a struggle to zip it all up?

Not like the old one. It was a slight struggle just because it was brand new, just needs to be ran through a few times.

The new one has plenty of extra material, not stretching it to make the zipper go forward like my old one.

Interesting. I think this confirms something is messed with my cover. It has the ladder cutout, but it's incredibly tight. To the point I have to tighten the straps way more than I should to prevent the zipper from popping open.

Brent, trying to get this to work because I'm tired of passengers attempting to rip the door release lever off. I get to the end of the 5 ignition key turns and I get a loud chirp. I SHUT-OPEN-SHUT and I get 2 loud chirps. Then I turn to LOCK and think I'm good. Get out, get back in and turn the ignition to ON and the damn doors lock. Any ideas? Is this what yours did?
