How do I remove the rear lens to replace the bulb?

 

I believe the entire light unit comes out, then you can replace the bulb from the back of the unit, lens will not come off.
Someone has posted something on this, try a search and see if you can find it or someone may be along soon and post a link.

Basic: open the tailgate and remove the three screws and pull out assembly. The link above has pictures.
