mine doesn't wobble like RL's and my mic works fine, but my USB cable I have to hold it firmly against the radio for it to actually send my updated radio images to/from my computer. But when I plug it in the USB recognizes it, just wont' send data though CHIRP unless I hold it.

while we're on the subject, for the CB antenna cables, why the hell is the female connector the PL-259 and the male connector the SO-239?? just about any other cable type uses the same ID number but just says either male or female....so weird.

Do you guys think it would be faster to head to OC around 4 to pickup those fog lights or tomorrow before 1? I know it is random but thought someone on here may know how the flow of those freeways are.

 

general rule of thumb, driving on any freeway in LA at 4pm on a Friday is goign to be a bad time.
