Perhaps you could post pictures of this Halo Kit that you purchased? There are several different kinds so knowing which one would help greatly. On a side note, I have dealt with them before and they are REALLY good at helping out if you just email them your questions/concerns.

Those are the same as I bought. Don't connect to parking lights. Have the controller powered by a always-positive fused source so that you can control it directly. You dont want to forget about it and turn on the headlights going down the road only to get pulled over for illegal lights in the front.

As for the connection, you will have both of the halo's 4-wire connections from the resistor get connected to the corresponding connections on the controller. (red to reg, green to green, blue to blue, and black to the (neg) terminal) Then the other side of the controller would be connected to your fused power source. If you want to be able to activate the halos from inside the cab, be sure to mount the controller high up under the hood, as close to the firewall (i.e. cabin) as possible.

So correct me if I am wrong here you are just saying to wire the color morph box directly to the battery with an always positive fuse, and if so which fuse did you use if you would please

And by always positive fuse do you mean a fuse link off the battery

ooorrrr you could put a relay in and if you have an after market headunit you can take the remote signal from that click the relay on and boom power when your headunit is on. That's what I did for my Halo's I can snap a picture for you when I get my truck back from the shop.

Again let me emphasize the reason I suggest against doing something like this: If you wire it up to a radio, or other device that would power it up automatically, you could easily engage the halo lights on accident, forgetting that they are on, and suffer the risk of getting a ticket. Just my opinion. It is really easy over time to forget that you have the halos connected to a radio or the parking lights. With it connected to a fused battery power source you won't accidentally trigger them (Unless you sit on the remote!)

You can't get a ticket with orange or white but do what you want just thought I would tell you how I run my halos.
