Hey guys , hate to say it but I need a heavier towing truck , instead of taking on dept I traded up my two toyotas .
I did pretty good but miss my tundra more than my tacoma .
Both trucks were 2013 one platinum CM and Taco TRD offroad ... only lost 6 grand total on combined trade and did not pay tax on the new truck .
2015 GMC Denali HD Diesel ... nice truck fits my needs but need .
Now I'm selling off a few of my motorcycles that I am not using , and think I'm going to pick up another Tundra , there are alot of deals on 2014 double cabs .
I liked the tacoma 3rd gen taco but did not get that same felling as my 1997 when I bought that new back in the day .
I was looking at a few low milage but for the price it just pays to buy new if its in the budget .
How are the 2014 I know it was the first year of change , I think my 2013 had a nicer grill than the 2014 .
My local dealer has TRD Tundras DC for about 38k and the SR5 DC is 34K . I can get a 2014 DC 5.7 4x4 SR5 new , got the guy around the 30k that was over the net .

Good luck on your purchase. And where did you find a 3rd Generation Tacoma? And 2012 through 2015 have the same grill so I don't know how you would like the 2013 grill, over the 2014 grill. Unless you are referring to the Tundra's, which by reading your story you can't tell. Anyway good luck with the Diesel.
