I have a AIRBEDZ inflatible matress for a 2005+ short bed. Its only been used twice. $150. Can provide pictures to show inflated.

I'm having a bitch of a time finding a mattress that fits (made for) my dbl cab/5 ft short bed.

How did you get the 6ft mattress to fit your 5ft bed? (wheel well configuration issues)

I can't find one that is specifically made for the Tacoma 5 ft short bed. They all have specs for the 6ft bed.

you figure out how he did it yet?
im guessing he put the mattress in the bed first then inflated it so that it like molded around the wheel wells...

 

No. I asked but haven't heard back yet. I sent the pic to the AirBedz owner, Jim. He said he thinks maybe it's just not as inflated as recommended. Furthermore, Jim said due to popular demand he plans on putting out a mattress specifically made for the Tacoma next year. He didn't give me a date.
