So, everyone know the Tacoma brakes are so amazing but I decided to make them better.
https://adventuretaco.com/ this guy has a pretty good write up. I did all the work on a Sunday and in about 2 hours. My biggest hurdle was the flair but I got it off and was able to reuse it.

I got the calipers from Amazon.
Callahan CCK01496 [2] FRONT Premium Grade OE Semi-Loaded Caliper Assembly Pair Set https://www.amazon.com/dp/B075LVX61S/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_fabt1_cMvQFb7E0Z41Z?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
    about $110
I got the hard line kit from adventuretaco (well worth it)
    https://adventuretaco.com/store/tacoma-to-tundra-hard-brake-line-kit/
    $120
I also got the rotors from amazon
Bosch 50011223 QuietCast Premium Disc Brake Rotor For Toyota: 2001-2007 Sequoia, 2000-2006 Tundra; Front https://www.amazon.com/dp/B004AGC1H0/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_fabt1_1OvQFbZNPS80T?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
    $102 for the pair.
I just got brake pads from O’reiley for about $50
So for about $375 I got all the things I needed to upgrade my front brakes.

I really didn’t need to trim. The dust shield barely touches the caliper. In adventuretaco write up it shows him using an angle grinder which works but I used tin snips. They sliced right through it. Really didn’t need to be cut in my opinion but I did one one side

I did a side by side of the parts. You can see the calipers are a bit beefier and the rotors cover the entire dust shield.
