So, one of the factory (Southeast Toyota...?) bed lights that came as part of a kit I got on Amazon died. The link is here.

It’s definitely not the wiring, one of the lights has half the LEDs on the board flickering while the other half are on normally.

Here’s my problem: I have no idea who to contact about replacing this part (warranty or not) without having to buy an entire new kit. I don’t have any info about what kind of warranty to expect either. Bummer since these lights were awesome. Exactly what I wanted.

Anyone have any ideas who I can contact or how to get it replaced?

SET has their own warranty. If you live in MA you’re going to play hell getting your MA dealer to warranty that. They don’t play well in the sandbox of life. The good news is the rest of Toyota has adopted those lights. So you may have some help. Try going back to the seller and see what they say. If not you can try your local MA dealer. Be prepared to have your receipt too.

I tested it out, an LED ended up going bad and that whole row died. Annoyed.

Contact Amazon. Sometimes they are the best at customer service.

Amazon is your best hope if that's where you bought it.

However, many electrical DIY items are not returnable, as the manuf. has no control over how it was handled or the installation techniques used once it left their hands.
