These added slightly more lift than I wanted, so they are used but for only about 100 miles. Perfect working condition.
To install, you remove the shock and trim about a 1/4" off the studs. Then tighten these on top of the top plate, then reinstall the shock. You do NOT have to disassemble the shock.
