Lift spacer that was in the truck has a stud broken off, looks like this happened before as one of the studs was replaced with a smaller bolt and was welded

2007 is getting a back rack I could not say no to the price. The light or fire extinguisher mount are not included. I will have to make it work, 68’’ wide came off a f15zero

Anyone know how wide the right one is ?

The new wheels look better imo!
that antenna mount is crap! Never had my rubber off of it and it is corroded, and water brings corrosion residues with it, staining the paint on my fender... i got rid of most of it with a little polish and wax, and I lifted the rubber and put grease on the mount so it stops rusting. Don't know yet if it will work

Lunch time funnnnnn pulling stickers of this rust free tailgate with minor dent. Any suggestions on how to pull this dent out and a good way to brace it as my ski doo will be hanging out in the box if we ever get snow.

    Weld more support:welder:

But seriously there are some tailgate steel skin being sold here and there on the forum, you could look at one and build your own, then screw the original cover over it and call it good! Would give a lot more strenght to your tailgate. Mine is bent, and cracked :anonymous:

You could try a slide hammer if you got one. Just double up some washers on the inside so it doesn't rip thru.

I plan to reinforce this to beable to take some abuse. Found some new angle at work but it’s 1.5” I also have some new square stock aluminum I might try and use.

I would like to get a tailgate skin but I live at the end of the earth and shipping always is crazy.

Weld her up :) love my hot metal glue gun

I do have a slide hammer but I think my first attempt is with some wood and big c clamps

Got a friend who is realy good at body work and he said he would do it for me but I want to try to see what I can do with it first. This is usually where I f things up so no one can fix it and it was worse then b4, I have been down this road many times
