    I would try a clay bar on the windshield.

    @Juforrest Thanks

    Thinking about calling my insurance company and getting a new one put in as it would be covered and it has a huge crack going along the bottom

    In other news we had a huge ice storm here in Disneyland ah Newfoundland and i backed out of my drive way and pressed the brake and it seams like only the front brakes are working ...... More fun ..... :(

    @Juforrest yes sir

    Removing the shocks that came with the truck to install low Km OEM TRD stock crap slowly working my way up to 5100's

    The reason for this impromptu wrenching adventure is because a guy in my local Toy group hit a pot hole hard doing 110km and broke 2 springs and shocks, he was snow wheeling all day and thinks the shocks were packed with ice.

    So he is taking the ones that are in the truck now.

    But no good dead goes unpunished and trust me i have learned this lesson a few times in the last two months FFS

    Anyways i stripped the sway bar end link trying to remove it worst thing is that now it is loose

    I did not have a good night last night wrenching and did not enjoy it due to many reasons.

    and i have to do the other side tonight

    Cold concrete and life make working on your rig unfun sometimes. I don't know about in your neck of the woods, but down here there's tons of us that shit canned our sway bar. Any of your local guys have a bar laying around? I traded my sway bar to one of the local guys for a monster energy drink.

    Pull it till you find a link or decide you don't need it.

    Changed out the passenger side shock after work today. Took me 45min start to finish

    Did a simple step by step of it

    Jacked up truck

    Remove wheel

    Remove pin in upper ball joint

    Loosen crown nut down flush with end of tread on ball joint 1” wrench

    Hit side of spindle with hammer to pop ball joint out

    Remove Three 14 mm nuts on top of shock

    Remove the Nut and bolt 3/4” on bottom of shock

    Un hook abs sensor line from holder on spindle so it will not be pulled tight

    Check this line and brake line so they do not become tight during the removal

    Remove sway bar bushing bracket on frame two 14mm bolts

    Completely remove upper ball joint nut

    Pull spindle back

    Pull sway bar link and bar ahead

    Shock can be wiggled down and out

    Install new shock the same way old one came out

    The only thing different about assembling is the sway bar bushing bracket. One side is slotted, put bolt in frame and slide slotted end over bolt. Jack up bottom a arm this will push linkage up allowing second bolt to be put into frame

    Next time I am doing front end work I will be removing the sway bar

    Save a few $ Front shocks are easy to do yourself.

    @Juforrest after i completed the work on the truck last night i was thinking to myslef that was a bit of a upgrade and for some reason my mind went back to my childhood playing this game and upgrading your truck.

    I have the same,
    My kid smashed mine down with his heed sitting in the front seat. He's now big enough that he's in the back ( access cab ) and now my littlest one is in there, so I decide that it can live in the door until both boys are old enough to stop kicking my truck!
