01 coilover top hats/mounts

What's up guys, I have a 2001 and bought the bilstein 6112 front kit for the truck but don't have the upper mounts. After spending a bunch of time searching and finding a bunch of contradictory info, I figured I'd just ask. Who has bought a upper mount/ top hat kit that works, and has the rubber spring isolator that goes under the top hat? I have seen the

$27 Monroe 904900 Suspension Strut Mount

Monroe 904900, but it supposedly doesn't include that isolator and some other hardware. I've also seen the

$29 kyb sm5640 - mount kit

kyb sm5640 that does include those other parts, but supposedly doesn't fit. Anyone ordered a kit and it work for a first gen? Thanks for any help.

 

The Monroe is what you want the kyb is 05+

The bottom bushing is built into the top hat, so you’ll use in order... rod adapter/lower washer included with the strut/top hat/upper bushing/upper washer/nut from strut.

Your local auto parts store should have them in stock, go check um out.
