I just bought some hooks from home depot, drilled through the bed sheet metal and bolted the hooks down as tie down points. Simple as that haha

Awesome! And they said I was crazy! Looks good, I have my bedsides in storage waiting to go on once I LT the rear on my turck then my shell goes back on and eventually a Flip-Pac. :D

Would you have any additional shots of how you secured the shell to the bed?
Also how do your rear springs hold up to the weight? I was worried that SUA would not be able to handle the weight+gear...

Right on man. As of right now, the shell is only secured by the 6 bolts that hold it down to a standard bed. When I installed the fiberglass bedsides, I left the inside of the bedrails there so it still has the support underneath. Although it is great for on the street and moderate offroading, I doubt it would hold up to a heavy beating like the truck is capable of. When I take the truck out I will be taking the shell off everytime until it is caged.

When I cage the truck, the plan is to build supports to pick up the top of the shell and keep it from having flex at the top. From what I have heard from friends with campers on desert trucks, they like to crack up at the top corners if they are not supported.

As for the weight, I have the 64" leafs and they do not have a problem at all with the shell. It is not too heavy though anyways 2 people can get it off and on no problem.

Work truck duties once again. I am very stoked on how well the 64 kit does with the weight. Still a bunch of uptravel with a full load. I recommend it to everyone who plans on swapping out for a wider axle.

You are spot on there haha. But for the $50 a tire I paid, they were totally worth it for how well they worked in the dirt. Then this happened...

Just got hired at Carli Suspension this week full-time so the saving has officially started again. Won't be long til she's done. Still just driving the heck out of it.
