I have a 05 Tacoma PreRunner, and here lately when It pours rain outside I notice all my windows are fogged up... Also when driving in-town behind certain vehicles, I can smell exhaust from other cars with the A/C on re-circulate... Has any one else had this problem? Wasnt there a TSB for the windshield seal?

If you pull your glovebox out, you can actually see your outside air damper open and close when you switch from outside-air to recirculate. I'd take a look and see if it's hung up for some reason or another.

You have to have the recirculate cabin air set to OFF to avoid fogging inside.

Do you also have the AC disable when the defrost is on?

Ok, I will check to make sure the outside air dampener is working properly when the switch is closed...And it's only foggin' up when its parked...Once I start it and turn the defroster on the windows clear up after a few mins...A/C is not disabled when defrost is on. Thanks for the info Ill check it out later today and let you know the results
