06 mp3 adaptor

Ok I know there's about a hundred threads on ipod/mp3 adaptors yada yada but there really needs to be a sticky since there's just so much info.

What I'm looking for is an adaptor for my 2006 4dr TRD single disc factory radio that will allow me to play music from HTC my phone. My hookup is through the headphone jack.
If there is an adaptor that supplies both a jack and a USB hook up that would be awesome because then I could charge it but I realize I would need 2 different cords.
I cannot hook my phone up to only a USB and control the music because it makes it a removable disk.

I do not want an FM modulator and I am not interested in buying an aftermarket radio.
