07 Tacoma Transfer Case Actuator replacment

Hey guys, new to the forum here. I have a 2007 Tacoma and my 4x4 actuator on the transfer case gave up on me. From what I have read it requires disassembly of the case to replace it. Anyone been in there before? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

 

Here’s a good thread. I took mine apart, soldered and cleaned it up and got a day of use before it crapped out. I ended up getting a used one from a other member. But there are other steps and things to trouble shoot.
