08 Dbl Cab TRD Off Road 2WD in AZ! (NOOB)

I just traded in my 2005 evo for a certified used 2008 Toyota Tacoma Double Cab 2WD TRD Off Road on January 3 Ill get some pics up soon hopefully. I kinda went from one extreme to another and have no idea about what I want to do with it yet. I know id like to keep the warranty since i have it until 2015, so anything that doesnt void/threaten the warranty are options, which are probably very limited. Ill be doing some off roading in arizona deserts and in snow for some boarding. any recommendations for feasible, non-warranty-voiding modificatons are appreciated!

Upgrade the suspension if you are going to be offroading. You can always put it back to stock if need be.

I wish I couldve kept it, too many problems though, which is another reason why i'm so hesitant to modify the tacoma. btw where is that trail at the bottom of your posts? nice tacoma!
